How should I submit work to you?
Just send us the necessary information to complete the project such as: paper drawings, sketches, reference drawings, and turnaround time.
In what format should the drawings be sent?
The files can be emailed in any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG, PDF, Shape, or AutoCAD®. Paper drawings can be couriered to our office.
What drawing standards do you follow?
Kendall CAD matches your in-house CAD standards so drawing standards are prescribed by you. However we can also use default standards such as AIA guidelines.
How will we communicate?
Communication can be done by email, phone, fax, or online chat.
In what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?
The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI – 200 DPI, however the most important part is the clarity of the information to be sent.
Can drawings be sent through fax?
Yes, you can fax your drawings to us, although it may lead to a loss of quality and information.
What kind of turnaround time can be expected?
The turnaround time depends on the project and the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required and we don't charge you extra for work done on weekends like most other CAD services.
Do you spell-check the drawings?
Yes, we maintain a high standard of quality, be it text or any other information.
How do you ensure security of data?
We do not disclose any electronic or paper data generated by us or sent to us during any project.
How should I send heavy data files?
We use high-speed internet service and can transfer a huge amount of data through the internet. We can also burn a CD or DVD and post it to you as per your convenience.
When will I be billed for your services?
Invoices are sent out on the first of the month. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
